I had my 6-monthly checkup (blood test) and I was happy to see that my HbA1c is still constant at 5.4%. It’s been at that level for 2 years now.
There has been day-to-day blood glucose variations over time, for example due to illness, stress, and other environmental factors, but the 3 months HbA1c average has remained constant. Not bad for a diabetic.
Don’t listen to the Reddit idiots that run the diabetic groups. Take your life in your own hands. Take simple action. Defeat diabetes.
